• Health & Wellness Data: Specific medical conditions (including metabolic issues), food or medication allergies, dietary habits, physical activity, sleep patterns, and stress levels.
• Photo Data: Food images processed by Artificial Intelligence to estimate portion sizes.
• Device & Usage Data: Technical information about your device and log files.
• Donation Information: Payment information is processed securely by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your financial information.
2. How We Use Your Information
• Personalization & Safety: To analyze your Behavioral Phenotype, tailor meal plans to your specific allergies or medical conditions, and generate habit suggestions through Habit Forming Framework algorithms.
• AI Improvement: We use de-identified and aggregated user data to train and refine our machine learning models.
• Communication: To send updates and support messages.
3. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your identifiable personal or health data.
• Aggregated Data: We reserve the right to create, use, and share anonymized and aggregated data (data that cannot identify you personally) for research, commercial, and benchmarking purposes.
• Service Providers: We share data with trusted vendors (e.g., cloud hosting, AI processing) bound by confidentiality.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption. However, please note that this App is a Beta version. While we strive to protect your data, no digital transmission is absolute, and you acknowledge that use of the service is at your own risk.

Your data may be stored and processed in cloud servers located outside of your country of residence (e.g., AWS/Google Cloud). By using the App, you consent to this transfer.
7. Your Rights and Data Retention
You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting us directly.
• Data Retention: We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Services.
8. Children's Privacy
Wellzy Health is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
9. Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
