Request to Delete Your WellzyHealth.ai Account
We are sorry to see you go. Use this page to submit a secure account deletion request. Once your identity is verified, we will delete your account and associated personal data in accordance with our data retention policy.
How it works
1. Fill in the request form
Enter your full name, registered email address, and the reason for deletion. You may also add an optional comment.
2. Submit and verify your identity
After submitting the form, you will receive a verification email. Please confirm your request using the link in that email.
3. Deletion completed within 30 days
Once your identity is verified, your account and eligible personal data will be deleted within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
What happens to your data
When your deletion request is completed:

Your profile and account information will be deleted

Your health and wellness activity data will be deleted

Your in-app messages and chat history will be deleted

Certain billing, legal, fraud prevention, and compliance records may be retained for the period required by applicable law

Anonymous, non-identifiable aggregated usage data may be retained for analytics and service improvement
Important notice
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you may want to use Wellzy again in the future, please consider this before submitting your request.
